332: Make Fulfilment Easy and Sustainable, with Renewal Logistics
Courtney Folk is the CEO and co-founder of Renewal Logistics, a woman-owned 3PL specializing in sustainable fulfillment for apparel and consumer goods. She leveraged the unique expertise gained from scaling her family's restoration dry cleaning business to solve complex logistical challenges for a major apparel brand, which became the catalyst for her company. Folk champions a problem-solving approach, helping clients manage high return rates, execute complex rework, and build circular supply chains. She passionately believes that with the right partner, brands can turn returned inventory from a liability into a valuable asset, enhancing both profitability and sustainability.
