567: People, Purpose, and Performance: Go Beyond Transportation, with Keller Logistics Group

Oct 05, 2026

Bryan Keller is the CEO of Keller Logistics Group, a family business he joined after summer internships where he learned the company from the ground up. He shares his journey of transforming the company from a small trucking operation into a diversified 3PL powerhouse by strategically expanding into warehousing. A pivotal moment in his career was taking the risk to build a 90,000-square-foot warehouse for a potential client without a contract, a decision that successfully launched their warehousing division. Keller's leadership is defined by a focus on diversification, creating long-term customer value, and fostering a people-centric culture through the "Keller Circle of Life" mission.

Today, Bryan Keller, CEO at Keller Logistics Group, joins me to talk all about Keller Logistics and what they do; building an organization with a small company culture but large corporate capabilities; the challenges and innovations defining logistics; and creating a powerful ecosystem with people at the center.

The reasons for the disruptions are different, but they cause the same issues… You’ve just got to know how to react to that volatility, and create solutions for your customers where they can have a variable cost structure.
