Why Hazel
This show needed a host who has run European supply chains.
Hazel Annikin is the founder of Pathfinder, a leadership development and advisory practice that elevates supply chain professionals to thrive as leaders and as people, with more clarity, more purpose and more impact. With a background of 30+ years in Operations and Sustainability across European and Global organisations, she has always aimed to bring a practical, fun and human-centered approach to her leadership and cross-functional collaboration. She focuses on bringing a blend of operational experience and curiosity to every conversation.
Her route into supply chain ran through Scotland, England and now Amsterdam, by way of the French environment agency, FMCG at Kellogg's and Heineken, and luxury at Richemont. Over three decades she has worked across planning, customer value, warehousing and transportation, and more recently general management and sustainability.
She moved into supply chain from finance 26 years ago and knew almost immediately she had found her tribe: a community of solution-driven people. That is the tone she brings to LTSC Europe.
