Andrea Morgan-VanDome is the Chief Innovation Officer at Blue Yonder, with over 25 years of leadership experience in enterprise software and retail. Her unique career path began with a degree in astrophysics before a post-graduate placement at IBM sparked her passion for solving supply chain problems. She has held executive roles at major brands, including Oracle, where she navigated the industry's shift to the cloud, and Nike, where she led digital transformation by aligning technology with business strategy. A passionate advocate for women in technology, Andrea emphasizes mentorship and believes in the "rising tide lifts all boats" philosophy. In her current role, she focuses on driving innovation, product strategy, and helping customers adopt new technologies like agentic AI.
