Holly Pearce is the Director of Logistics for C+D Trojan with over 20 years of industry experience. She shares fascinating stories from her early career managing the complex international logistics for major traveling shows like Disney on Ice and the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. A strong advocate for continuous learning, Holly has been a lecturer at Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently pursuing a dual MBA and Master of Supply Chain Management to prepare for a C-suite role. She champions the idea that every organization needs a "supply chain champion" to communicate the value and strategic importance of logistics to executive leadership.

Currently the Director of Logistics for C+D Trojan, she is a transformation champion, seeking to improve supply chain processes and customer experience through continuous improvement, vertical integration, and shared visibility.
