Zera Zheng is an industry rising star in supply chain with a rich background in logistics auditing and a deep understanding of quality and Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) requirements. She began her career in a graduate program at Kuehne and Nagel and later moved to A.P. MollerMaersk, specializing in risk and resilience. A pivotal moment in her career was relocating from China to Holland for a global security role, an opportunity she notes is rare for an Asian woman. Zera advocates for stepping out of one's comfort zone, finding your passion, and using challenges and even mistakes as fuel for growth.

Zera has a rich background in auditing logistic service suppliers, and a deep understanding of quality and HSSE requirements across diverse industries, which have enabled her to develop strategies that protect organizations from risks, preserve reputations, and prevent financial losses.
