Tony Graham is the President of the West Division at XPO, where he has built a career of nearly 30 years since joining in 1997. His extensive responsibilities include overseeing operations from Chicago to the West Coast, as well as the company's safety, security, and Mexico operations. Graham champions technology as a core part of XPO's DNA, balancing the development of proprietary systems with strategic partnerships like the one with Samsara. Tony Graham leads operations for the West Division of XPO. Tony began his career with the company in 1997 as a service center manager. He was appointed as a national account executive in 2000, and was promoted to director of sales in 2006. In 2012, Tony assumed the role of director of pricing for operations, where he oversaw revenue and profit management, contract review and negotiation and account strategy. In 2015, Tony became region vice president, and in 2018 he was promoted to senior vice president, revenue management. He took the position of president of the West Division in 2021. Tony studied psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
