Nermine Saad is the Application Services Manager at Tecsys, with nearly 20 years of experience in logistics, operations, and software implementation. She shares her compelling story of starting her career in Egypt and then immigrating to Canada, where she had to rebuild her professional network and life from the ground up. Nermine is a passionate advocate for continuous learning, mentorship, and empowering women in the supply chain industry. She believes leadership is earned through respect and consistency, and she actively works to pay forward the support she received by coaching and mentoring other professionals.
