480: Discover THE AI-Powered Workspace for Freight Forwarding, with Reform
Omar Abuhashish is the co-founder and CEO of Reform, an AI-powered workflow automation platform for the logistics industry. With a background in mechanical engineering and computer science from NYU, he identified major inefficiencies in logistics, such as siloed data and manual work, which led him to establish his company. Omar believes AI is a transformative technology that will become a fundamental part of operations, enabling companies to increase revenue per employee and improve customer experience. He shares how Reform helps clients like duty drawback providers reduce processing times from hundreds of hours to mere minutes, allowing them to scale efficiently.

Today I’m joined by a company that is on a mission to transform how logistics service providers run their business – Reform.

Guest bio:
Omar is the co-founder and CEO of Reform, an AI-first company on a mission to transform how freight operations work. He holds degrees in Computer Science and Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from New York University. Prior to Reform, he led product and engineering initiatives at another YC startup valued at $1.3B, helping unlock $3M+ in revenue within the first 6 months of joining. Prior to that, he was the founding software engineer at Altan Insights, a company focused on the aggregation and quantitative analysis of data for the $500M fractional asset market. Building on these experiences and driven by his interest in global transportation networks, Omar began consulting for freight forwarders and custom brokers, developing AI-powered data solutions to optimize their operations. This work laid the foundation for Reform. Backed by Y Combinator and other leading investors in San Francisco, Reform serves a growing customer base across North America, LATAM, and Europe.
