382: Failed Predictions, Bananas and a Supercharged Supply Chain
Ashley Yentz is the VP and Supply Chain Strategist at Sleep Number Corporation, where she oversees the end-to-end movement of materials from suppliers to customers. She focuses on identifying market trends to pivot strategy and deliver shareholder value. Ashley shares that current economic pressures, like high interest rates impacting the housing market, are driving a focus on capital efficiency and cost optimization. She advocates for moving beyond simple visibility to full data orchestration, enabling greater agility and waste reduction, and believes AI's true value is unlocked through a solid digitization foundation.
