347: Women In Supply Chain™, Seretha Willingham
Seretha Willingham is the founder and CEO of SJW Logistics, a 3PL she launched after a successful corporate career. Her journey began at Coca-Cola, where she spent over seven years transitioning from finance to project management, discovering her passion for supply chain and saving the company millions in warranty claims. Drawing from her experiences, Seretha took the entrepreneurial leap, acquiring a trucking company in 2020 and scaling it into a full-service logistics provider during the pandemic. A Certified Scrum Master, she champions agility, mentorship, and building a strong company culture based on clear communication. Seretha advises aspiring women in the industry to seek out mentors and not be intimidated by male-dominated environments.
