Juliette Samson is a powerhouse supply chain and IT leader with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the CIO of Genpro Inc. Her career began at AT&T after earning an engineering degree from Cornell, and she has since held leadership roles at various Fortune 50 companies before transitioning to smaller enterprises. Juliette shares her experience working with influential figures like Carly Fiorina and emphasizes the importance of embracing new challenges, such as when she took on a supply chain role without prior experience. She is a strong advocate for using technology as a business enabler and is passionate about giving back, serving on the boards of the National Kidney Foundation and Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB).

In today’s episode of Women In Supply Chain™, I’m joined by Juliette Samson – a powerhouse supply chain and IT leader who uses transformational strategies to influence multi-million-dollar revenue growth.
With over 20 years of experience as an executive global business operations and technology leader, Juliette has been integral to driving organizational growth for IT and supply chain operations. With expertise in revenue acceleration, advanced negotiations, project and program management, Juliette is passionate about digitization initiatives that transform businesses.
Today Juliette will be talking to us about her career so far; the new trend of hyper-collaboration; how supply chain tech is changing; and helping to raise the influence of women on boards. Juliette is a senior executive with a proven track record of leading change, formulating, and executing strategy, focusing on customer service and program delivery across consumer-packaged goods, financial, communications and information technology industries. She has managed organizations of 100+ personnel with varying roles from business management to technical engineers. Additionally, her deep experience in technology, vendor management and contract negotiations led to significant savings in each of her various global multi-site roles.
Currently, Juliette the CIO of Genpro Inc, a Logistics Services company, she is also on the Board of Directors and leads the technology committee of TargaTek, a Hyper Collaboration SaaS Start-up. She is also on the Board of directors of the National Kidney Foundation.
Residing in the tri-state area with her husband and two children; she is a graduate of Cornell, Lehigh and Columbia University and speaks four languages, Romanian, Hungarian, Spanish and English.
