466: Women In Supply Chain™, Alexia McLaughlin
Alexia McLaughlin is the Head of Enterprise Sales at logistics platform Veho, where she has been instrumental in the company's significant growth. Her career began in the corporate structure of Oracle before she transitioned to the startup world, working at Jebbit and then joining Veho in its early stages. A key achievement she discusses is leading a high-risk, high-reward project to launch an entire delivery region for a major customer, which required managing complex internal dynamics and building a strong business case. As a winner of the Women in Supply Chain Rising Star award, Alexia advises young professionals to build confidence, find supportive mentors, and actively own and celebrate their impact.
