Mark Fralick serves as IFS Softeon’s Chief Technology Officer, driving its architectural platform, deployment infrastructure and operating platform. Mark has been called the “Godfather of the Modern WMS” for his work as a WMS architect. Mark has been a leader in the Warehouse Management System sector for three decades and a pioneer in the development of WMS technologies. After an executive role as chief architect at one of the largest WMS companies, Mark founded the successful WMS implementation company GetUsROI and has been focused on the ROI of warehouse technology ever since. Joining Softeon in 2023, Mark’s expertise and strategic vision contribute to Softeon’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions, emphasizing optimizing value for its clientele. Mark holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay. Mark lives outside of Houston with his wife and two sons. Whenever possible, Mark and his sons will be on the lake skiing, wakeboarding and wakesurfing.
