Angela Woody is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience driving enterprise-wide transformations across the CPG, healthcare, and wholesale distribution industries. She began her career with a 13-year tenure at Kimberly-Clark, where a key achievement was authoring an RFID business patent after working on an innovative project with Walmart. Angela shares her journey of challenging inherited beliefs about career stability by moving from a large corporation to a smaller spin-off company. She advocates for strong change management, mentorship, and investing in IT, sharing guiding principles of grit, integrity, and perseverance.
