Megan Keith, Lead Product Manager. Megan Keith is a product management leader with deep expertise in logistics and supply chain innovation. Most recently, Megan is building the next-gen Transportation Management System, transforming how shippers and carriers operate. Prior to this, she led a team automating shipment execution to increase efficiency and adapt to evolving logistics demands. Previously, she held product roles at Meta and Intapp. Known for user-empathy, Megan delivers tech that simplifies complexity, empowers supply chain teams, and drives meaningful operational change.
Shawn Piper, Director of Product Design. Shawn Piper is a product design leader at the intersection of strategy, AI, and logistics innovation. Most recently, he led the redesign of Uber Freight’s Transportation Management System, driving business growth and automation. Prior to that, he led design for Uber Freight Shipping and the company’s internal platform for operations and automation. Previously, he held design leadership roles at HP and eBay. With deep expertise in enterprise UX and platform design, Shawn brings a systems-level approach to modernizing freight and transportation solutions.
