513: Women In Supply Chain™, Megan Rudolph
Megan Rudolph is the Regional Senior Director of Parcel Operations at Saddle Creek Logistics Services, with nearly 15 years of experience in parcel supply chain solutions. Despite initially dreaming of a career in sports journalism, she entered the logistics industry through a sales job at UPS during the recession and later honed her skills in e-commerce at DHL. A key turning point in her career was learning to trust her instincts and embrace authenticity, a lesson she learned from a female mentor. As a leader, she champions building diverse teams with complementary skills to navigate hypergrowth and advocates for using data and optimization to combat rising costs in the parcel industry.

In today’s episode of Women In Supply Chain™ I’m joined by Megan Rudolph, an industry trailblazer who wants to inspire more women to lean into their strengths, speak up, and lead with intention.
Megan has nearly 15 years of experience in parcel supply chain solutions, ecommerce distribution strategy, data analytics and strategic partnerships, and has held sales and solutions roles at Transportation Insight, DHL eCommerce and UPS.
Today Megan and I will be talking all about her career journey; developing a team through ‘hypergrowth’; the big challenges and opportunities for parcel in 2026; and why inspiration can come from anywhere.
