488: Women In Supply Chain™, Kimberly Rodriguez
Kimberly Rodriguez is the Manager of Supply Chain Sustainability at BSI, where she helps clients manage sustainability risks related to human rights, labor compliance, and environmental factors. With an international background spanning the Philippines and Abu Dhabi, her education in political science and business gave her a unique, people-centric perspective on the industry. Kimberly emphasizes that a company's biggest sustainability challenge is often mapping its own complex supply chain and believes internal alignment is the crucial first step toward progress. She openly discusses overcoming imposter syndrome as a young woman in the field, crediting her success to a strong network of mentors and champions.

In today’s episode of Women In Supply Chain™, I’m joined by industry ‘rising star’ Kimberly Rodriguez.
After pursuing an international education, Kimberly entered supply chain not knowing what to expect. Now, over seven years later, she’s developing and executing sustainable supply chain services for companies across multiple industries and regions, with a focus on business and human rights.
Today Kimberly will be talking all about her career journey; tackling the industry’s biggest sustainability challenges; overcoming imposter syndrome; and finding her place in male-dominated spaces.
