Mercedes Pina is the Vice President of Client Services and Expedited Pricing at STG Logistics, with over a decade of experience in the supply chain industry. She shares her journey as a young immigrant from the Dominican Republic, explaining how her parents' perseverance instilled in her a strong work ethic that drives her career. A recent recipient of the Women in Supply Chain Rising Star award, Mercedes is a passionate advocate for mentorship. She believes in fostering collaboration, translating a positive mindset into action, and creating inclusive environments to help young women thrive in logistics.

This year, we received over 400 submissions for our Women In Supply Chain™ award, the highest amount of applications not only for this award but also for all of our awards.
